Scavenger Hunt Team Guidelines

  • Team Size
    Each team is made up of 8 people. In some cases, teams may have 6 or 7 members, depending on total registrations by December.
  • How Teams Are Formed
    • Any Scavenger Hunt or Combo tickets purchased together under the same buyer and order number will automatically be placed on the same team.
    • Each team is assigned a unique 3-digit team code and an invite link that can be shared with friends, family, or colleagues to join the team.
    • Invitations can be used until the team reaches the maximum of 8 members, or until ticket sales close a few days prior to the event.
  • Final Grouping & Registration Cutoff
    If your team has less than 8 people by December 3rd, we may pair you with other Scavenger Hunters to ensure all teams have 6–8 players for maximum fun and competition.
